Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, and have cleared CFA Level II or CA Intermediate examinations. This role involves providing strategic financial insights, conducting thorough analyses, and supporting decision-making processes to drive the company’s financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Modeling and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather inputs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Performance Reporting:
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Investment Analysis:
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
- Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background:
- Cleared CFA Level II or CA Intermediate.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Strong command of financial software and tools, including MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Analytical Skills:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
