Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
Experience: 6 – 10 years (Experience in factory-level companies is mandatory)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on interview performance)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our factory office in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing accounting operations in a factory or manufacturing environment. This role requires strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, GST compliance, and cost accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations of the factory.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and other reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances related to factory operations.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory.
- Conduct cost accounting and budget planning to improve financial efficiency.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements and company accounts.
- Assist in internal audits and tax filings as per government regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for financial transactions.
- Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursement claims.
- Work closely with management to analyze financial data and support decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 – 6 years of accounting experience in a factory or manufacturing setup.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Taxation, and Auditing processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or ERP systems.
- Excellent skills in Excel and other financial reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Location:
We are looking for candidates who are either willing to relocate to Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, or are currently residing in nearby locations such as Gurugram, Manesar, Haryana, Jaipur, or Alwar.
