Role Overview: As the Sales Head – B2B (Consultant Partner), you will leverage your extensive experience in the construction industry to drive sales of our safety equipment. Operating as a partner, you will be instrumental in identifying and securing business opportunities, with remuneration directly tied to the revenue you generate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the construction industry market, focusing on safety equipment.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with construction companies, presenting our safety products and demonstrating their value in enhancing workplace safety.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target companies to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to effectively position our products.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue projections.
Qualifications:
