Location: Karol Bagh, Delhi
Experience: 6 months to 3 years (in B2B sales within the solar industry or related industries such as spare parts, automotive, etc.)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Benefits: Flexible work options (5 days work from home or 1 day from office)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales and a background in the solar, spare parts, automotive, or related industries. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in the solar industry and related sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Present and promote solar products and services to potential clients, demonstrating their value and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6 months to 3 years in B2B sales within the solar industry or related sectors (spare parts, automotive, etc.).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
