We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive (Female Only) to join our showroom in Noida, Sector-58. If you have a passion for retail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric attitude, we would love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing a personalized shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products to maximize sales.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to drive conversions.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout.
- Process customer transactions, handle billing, and manage payment methods efficiently.
- Maintain stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment.
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and build relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of service.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in retail sales fashion Industry, background retail fashion .
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and confident in interacting with customers.
- Strong understanding of retail sales techniques and customer behavior.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
