Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Trainee Engineers to join our team in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a practical setting. The selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training across various departments to develop a well-rounded understanding of our operations.

- Hydraulic Press Operations
- Sanding Machines
- Impregnators
- Chemical Kettles
- Condensers
- Compressors
- Utilities Management (including DG sets).
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in hands-on training sessions to acquire practical skills in mechanical and chemical engineering.
- Assist senior engineers in the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and chemical processes.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and project execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to projects and training activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using engineering design software and tools.
