Job Title: Fleet Maintenance Executive (Logistics Industry)
Location: Gurgaon
Salary: 50000.00 – 80000.00 Per month
Department: Fleet Management
Experience: 3–5 years
Reports to: Head of Operations
Role Overview:
Responsible for ensuring optimal upkeep of company-owned vehicles through timely servicing, repairs, documentation management, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain service schedules and maintenance logs of all vehicles
Conduct regular checks for fitness, insurance, pollution control, and registration documents
Coordinate with garages and service centers for repairs and preventive maintenance
Track downtime, workshop TAT, and breakdown trends
Optimize costs by negotiating rates with vendors and ensuring quality
Maintain spare parts inventory and consumption reports
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred
Experience in fleet maintenance, vehicle upkeep, or workshop operations
Familiarity with vehicle maintenance software/tools
