Role Overview:
We are seeking a senior professional to lead our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Department as the Head of Department (HOD). The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer experience, managing customer relations, and overseeing all customer-related operations in alignment with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Oversee and manage a team of 10 to 15 CRM professionals.
- Assign responsibilities, monitor team performance, and ensure team targets are met.
- Foster a positive and customer-focused work culture within the department.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Serve as the senior-most point of contact for customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Handle customer escalations with a troubleshooting-oriented, positive attitude.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Documentation and Agreement Management:
- Review and vet legal agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer satisfaction.
- Take responsibility for signing customer agreements and customer-related documents with banks/financial institutions.
- Draft letters and communication to be sent to customers on behalf of the organization.
- File Auditing and Compliance:
- Audit files containing all documents related to booking, sale deeds, and handover of possession.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to company standards.
- Customer Service Operations:
- Ensure seamless customer service throughout the customer lifecycle, from booking to possession handover.
- Implement best practices to enhance customer experience and improve departmental efficiency.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all customer-related transactions.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and guidelines to guide customers effectively.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- MBA in Marketing from a reputed university or institute.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in customer relationship management within the Real Estate industry.
- Proven track record of handling customers at senior levels and resolving escalations effectively.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth understanding of legal agreements and real estate customer processes.
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
