Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Male Dealer Channel Sales Executive to join our team in Kirti Nagar, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in dealer and direct sales, specifically in the Tiles industry or a related sector. This role requires strong sales skills, dealer network management, and the ability to achieve business growth through strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks to increase sales in the assigned region.
  • Identify and onboard new dealers and channel partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Achieve sales targets through B2B sales strategies and direct dealer engagement.
  • Regularly visit dealers, understand their needs, and provide product training and support.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and agreements with channel partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding receivables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer support to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
  • Actively participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and dealer meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of dealer/channel sales experience in the Tiles industry or a similar sector (Sanitaryware, Ceramics, Flooring, etc.).
  • Required Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to expand dealer networks and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel within the region for dealer visits and business development.

Preferred Candidate Location:

Candidates residing in Delhi NCR or nearby areas, with easy access to Kirti Nagar, will be preferred.
