Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic B2B Sales Head to lead our safety equipment division in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the construction industry, specifically in selling safety equipment to construction companies. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies tailored to the construction industry in UAE, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Riyad.
Identify and target key construction companies for safety equipment sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in construction companies.
Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth in the safety equipment sector.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years in B2B sales within the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on safety equipment sales.
Industry Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of safety equipment requirements and standards in the construction sector.
Established network within the construction industry in Dubai.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
