The clinic is hiring an experienced Client Relationship Manager (Female) from the Aesthetic & Healthcare industry to manage premium clients and deliver a world-class service experience.
The role involves handling high-value customers, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and increasing client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, a polished personality, and a strong background in handling clients in dermatology, cosmetic, laser, or aesthetic clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with aesthetic & dermatology clients
- Manage consultations, follow-ups, and appointment coordination
- Handle client escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Ensure a luxury and seamless client journey at the clinic
- Support sales by promoting aesthetic treatments and packages
- Maintain CRM records, client history, and service quality standards
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication & client-handling skills
- Strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills
- Experience in aesthetic dermatology, cosmetic, skin, or laser clinics is mandatory
- Ability to upsell services and ensure client retention
