Experience: 5–10 years (minimum 3 years in a similar product category)
Salary: 6 LPA TO 8 LPA

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in our company.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the interior design, construction, or stone industry and be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and closing high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities across architects, contractors, interior designers, OEMs, and distributors.
- Develop channel partners and build a strong dealer/distributor network.
- Generate project-based sales for commercial, residential, and institutional applications.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.
- Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and exhibitions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales of interior/construction materials (especially in wood, MDF, decorative panels, or solid surfaces).
- Strong network in the architecture and interiors ecosystem.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and project requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively
