Job Description: TGT History Teacher
Position: TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) History Teacher (Only For Female)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years as a TGT History Teacher
Location: Aditya World City, Opposite Manipal Hospital Shahpur, Bamheta, NH-24, Ghaziabad
Salary Range: ₹40,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
Joining: Immediate
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate TGT History Teacher to join our junior wing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching history at the secondary level, with a proven track record of fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development and Lesson Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
- Incorporate various teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Instructional Delivery:
- Conduct engaging and informative history classes covering significant events, movements, and figures.
- Utilize multimedia resources and technology to enhance the learning experience.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Design and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and communicate performance to parents and guardians.
- Classroom Management:
- Establish and maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote respect and discipline.
- Professional Development:
- Stay updated with current educational trends, historical research, and pedagogical practices.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and continuous professional development opportunities.
- Extracurricular Involvement:
- Organize and participate in history-related extracurricular activities, such as field trips, debates, and history clubs.
- Encourage student participation in events that enhance their understanding of history.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in History or a related field.
- B.Ed. Needed.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching history at the secondary level.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
